The Orange Foundation guarantees all users maximum confidentiality and privacy of the personal data provided for online registration in accordance with legal requirements.
By providing personal data on the electronic registration form, or exceptionally via email to info@fundacionadapta.com, the user consents to the handling of these details by the Orange Foundation, by itself or via other companies completing data processing and management, under the terms of the present confidentiality policy. The personal data submitted by users is protected and all handling thereof is restricted under Spanish Law as reflected in the Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13th December.
At the moment a user provides personal data, this information is stored in our database, and used solely for user registration, and for sending information of possible interest regarding the Pictogram Room Project, solutions of events relating to autism developed or organized by the Orange Foundation or partner organizations. The user also agrees for the Orange Foundation to make use of the registers drawn up on the platform for supervision and use in the evaluation processes as part of the Pictogram Room Project framework.
This data is stored on a file belonging to the Orange Foundation, and managed by the Adapta Foundation, which guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by users, which in no case shall be transferred or sold to third parties outside our group or used for any other purpose other than the one indicated above
In accordance with the Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13th December, users of the Pictogram Room Project website may at any time, exercise the right to access, rectify, cancel or revoke this consent for the transfer of data under the terms of the aforementioned law and other legally applicable standards.
